How to Use easyShiftify

  1. Click Get Started on the homepage or go to the Rota Schedule Builder page.
  2. Add your staff members using the Add Staff Member form.
  3. Configure your shift rules (duration, max hours, rest, weekends, night shifts) to match your needs.
  4. Select the month for which you want to generate the rota.
  5. Click Generate Rota to instantly create a schedule.
  6. Drag and drop shifts to resolve any conflicts or make manual adjustments.
  7. Click Save as Image to download your rota for sharing or printing.
